Enabling advanced functionalities of Diamond and other ultra-hard materials by Integrated Pulsed Laser Ablation Technologies
DIPLAT is a collaborative, demo-targeted research project which shall mark the cornerstone of a new tooling technology. The project was launched on January 14, 2013 and will run over a period of 42 months. The Institute of Machine Tools and Manufacturing at ETH Zurich, Switzerland is responsible for project coordination.
DIPLAT is funded by the European Commission under the Seventh Framework Programme (grant agreement 314731) in the theme FoF.NMP.2012-7 (Innovative technologies for casting, material removing and forming processes).
